Unacceptable behaviour

Despite numerous requests the staff at the Clicks Pharmacy at the Medical Centre in North Rand Road Boksburg continue to checkout and put aside my prescription medication repeats without my consent. They send it off to my medical aid and send me a sms instructing me to come and collect it. This unacceptable behaviour must stop. I will come and collect my repeats when I need them and not when you decide I should
