Unacceptable behavior requiring immediate meeting

Nicolway branch, today 22/08/2026 at 20 to 6pm. Staff member dropped a bottle of liquid on the floor. Employee and 5 others stood laughing and joking and nobody was interested in helping me. When confronted, the one actually had the audacity to tell me tsa. I will accept nothing less than meeting the area, on site, to discuss. I would also like to see the camera footage.
