Unacceptable behavior from Clicks manager PERCY XABA

I recently had a terrible experience at Clicks La lucia Mall with a vitamin recall. The manager Percy xaba was dismissive, rude, and refused to help without a receipt. My mother-in-law, with 20+ years in retail, tried to explain, but he wouldn't budge.

Another manager apologized on his behalf, but the damage was done. Dis-Chem handled the situation with empathy and professionalism. We wont be shopping at Clicks again due too the lack of customer service . Imagine how many other customers you lost due too the lack of customer service and bad attitude!!!!

Clicks, please address this behavior and train your staff on customer service.
