UNACCEPTABLE

On Tuesday morning, the 24th of March, after Cyril's announcement of the lock down on midnight the 26th of March, I quickly placed an order on Clicks' website for nappies and formula for my child. On their website it stated delivery would be within 3 days. I placed and PAID for my order. This morning, the 27th of March, I phoned Clicks to find out when my order would be delivered, as my child's milk isn't going to last 2 more days. The answer I got was that my order has not yet been assigned to a courier, they are not sure when I will receive my order, probably only by next week!! This is totally unacceptable! Where in the world do they expect me to find formula milk for my child now!? Especially while there is a LOCK DOWN in place? If I had known I'd only receive his nappies and milk NEXT WEEK I would have gone out searching for milk before the SHUT DOWN! I am extremely dissatisfied with Clicks' service!
