Unable to login Online Clicks

I have tried so many times to reset my password, however when signing in it constantly tell me incorrect user name and password, called the center, they just sent me a mail to reset again. Still didnt work.. i have purchased as a Guest, so now i lose all those points ...Blackfriday#
