Unable to keep service leavel on App

I used to upload my script and get medication -this is Not the Case a script was uploaded on Friday there has been no responses the doctor has put the medication on repeat

Service is so pathetic why on earth will you tell people to upload when you can't keep up, I also sent a email Saturday no bother they couldn't care almost one week later

I am on Flexi care i usually just take what is approved by the insurance plan-I'm fed up of buying from clicks because their pharmacy service is pathetic
