Unable to get my e-mail address at Clicks

I tried to change my email address. While it is changed on the web site, my notifications were still being sent to my old address.

I logged a call with Clicks, and had to provide my ID number (***) to a Carmen Londt. She said on the 31st of March the update process will take up to 72 hours to complete.

I cannot understand why it is so difficult for Clicks to change my e-mail address.

Kindly get them to please forward all notifications from 1 April 2022 to ***
