Uif Claim

Hi I was working at clicks and I was dismissed last year April on the 21st.I have app**** for my uif and clicks pharmacy is the last and longest company I have worked for.The reason I am reporting this here is because I don't know where to report them regarding my payment because I only received my uif 3 times instead of receiving it every month.I have been running to department of labour and giving them calls regarding the payments with no help.Last week I called the department of labour regarding the payments and they said I should wait for 7 to 14 days and my turn around time is today the 22nd of May but still there is no payment in my account.Can I please get an assistance as I have no idea where I should report them.thanks.
