I initially had a complaint but the way sis’Asanda and bhut’Lwazi on their management team handled things was beautiful, it reminded me why I leave all Clicks stores and go to Clicks BT Ngebs Mall.. the empathy, listening skill, ubuntu experience I got from this team warmed my heart, I take my fork off for them… continue doing so to the rest of your customers..
