Turned away after having made an appointment

Unacceptable service! Made an appointment to get vaccinated at clicks today. I was turned away due to lodshedding and they did not have a pharmasist on duty. I am furious because i drove from a remote area and took tome off work to honor this appointment. I will NEVER buy at Clicks ever again!
