Turn away of Customers due to unavailability of medication

Good evening

I would like to complain about services from Clicks Pharmacy which is based at 111 Commissioner Street. I went to Clicks Pharmacy with the doctors script and I was told that they are not allowed to order Risperdal medication and I must go to other pharmacies. on the 05 August 2019, I went to the same Pharmacy with the script which has Risperdal and Ritalin medication as prescribed by the doctor. I was told the different story, the Pharmacy can now order Risperdal and will not be able to order Ritalin as it is a small Pharmacy. I am not sure what to do as I have change the Chronic to be registered with this Pharmacy which is closer for me. I must change the Pharmacy with my medical aid as the service is bad and terrible
