TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE *********

I am so disappointed with Clicks Quagga Centre, every time when I go there I'm being treated like a ********. First time it happened was about 2 months ago when I went to buy few items, as soon as I walked in with my trolley immediately there was a lady guard following me in the store and giving me the suspicious look. It was so uneasy. And what was disappointing the most was the products bought from them was that the quality, it was not the same as from other stores. The products were watery and looked like they were diluted from all incidents that I’ve been at the store. Then yesterday I went there to buy a hand lotion. As I walked in before I know it one of the manager came and stood very close to me and was even surprised thinking maybe I did something wrong or maybe I dropped something or anything else. So I asked him what is the case, he then just said “No don’t mind me, you can continue with your shopping”. But as I was checking out the different products he was just there all the time and made me feel so unease. Just that I was desperate and needed the product I just went to the tills and pay. I hate shopping there and after yesterday I’m never going back to that store. And I’m going to tell my family to never shop at Clicks Quagga.
