TREATED WITH CONTEMPT

I have been diagnosed with gallbladder disease and have been put on a high scheduled painkiller as my op is set for november and am in a large amount of pain. I am a very good customer at clicks and always have been..i am a oh so heavenly fan and spend a decent amount there weekly. A month ago i went to collwct my script at Cycad clicks polokwane and the head of the pharmacy was bitterly rude to me and insulted me for asking a question and marched off suddenly. I left there feeling uninformed and very hurt by the way i was treated to the point that i would rather compromise my love of products at clicks and shop at dischem instead. I had no idea i had the right to a voice and now finally can speak about my experience and how it effected me
