Treated Like A ********

<p>On the 26/10/2016 I went to Clicks in Westgate to get hair product Silicon, upon arrival there was not security personnel at the door went to the Isle and was assisted by shop assistance, went to the till and paid the items I had bought. After I exited the door I was rudely called by a security guard from outside because there was Beep sound as i exited. I was asked to show them my slip as well as the items I had bought, I obliged and they’re scanned them at the door but that there items did not Beep. Then the security guard demanded that I hand hi m my handbag which he started searching , took out all my other items in the bag and asked another lady in the store who was not even a security personnel to assist him. They started taking all the items in my bag one by one and found that I had a clicks brand intimate wipes as well as Stimorrol gums both items were still sealed . They then jumped into conclusions that I had ****** the items from the store, I tried explaining to them that i had bought the items from Clicks in Diepkloof the previous week but they just didn’t want to hear my story , I was rudely asked for the Diepkloof slip which i did not have and they were screaming at me saying they want to show me. I then asked for the Manager of the store to come and rescue the situation he also did not want to listen to my story saying that i need to give them proof that I bought the items at Diepkloof, I did not have a slip and then remembered that i had used my boyfriend Clicks store card, they then demanded that i provide them with the card and i did not have it in my possession. They then said to me you see what we mean for all we know you have ****** this items and you are not coming with stories that you did not use your Clicks card , I then asked the Store manage to please check their CCTV footage at least that is where they will get the proof that I did not ***** anything , He rudely told me that they do not have CCTV footage in the store .They took the items while the security guard was my side to make sure that i do not leave the store as I am ******** .I had to call my boyfriend to provide me his card number so that they can call the Diepkloof store to check the transactions made by my boyfriend card . While they were doing that they had also taken the two items saying that they need to check their stock to verify that everything was intact in their store. I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated in my life being watched by everyone who was coming in and out of the store like a crimal. While the security guard was also busy saying sizobona. The store manager then came back to me after minutes of me waiting and saying you can go now these items were not part of our stock. What hurts me the most is that when I entered the store there was not security personnel at the door and their scanner did not scan me, to determine that i had items in my back .While i asked the security man why was that he was like you came in and just passed me , he was not even at the door , About 15 to 20 minutes of my time was wasted while i was been harassed and humiliated not to mention embarrassed. The manager comes back to me and says you did not ***** these items in our store you can now go. I will never ever set foot into a Clicks store , will make sure that even my family never sets their foot in your store , as you do not know how to treat your customers. My whole day was spoiled i could not even continue with the rest of the shopping i had intended onto doing today thanks to Clicks security and management.
