Treated like a ******** - Clicks - Watermeyer Street

I was harassed by security in the most denigrating manner at your Watermeyer Park store in Pretoria today. I went to collect a repeat of my hormones. The alarm buzzer went off. Two women staff, one particularly over weight, treated me like a ********, grabbed my hormones from me. I lost my temper yes because I am still in deep grief over my mother's death on 2 January 2026. I had to yell before I could get my hormones back which are paid for in full by my medical aid. The large women came right up to my face outside the store, shouting in my face. I reported the matter online. I was badly shaken up to be treated like that. They did not want to give me their names. As I sat outside the store some FOUR other people leaving the store set the alarm off but nobody stopped them. Why was I subjected to such disgraceful treatment? What kind of individuals do you employ!? I am beyond disgusted and horrified. Horrified. I shall be contacting my lawyers on Monday as it seems Clicks thinks nothing of the matter. Utterly, utterly disgraceful. If I am able to obtain the name of the large woman Clicks staff member who yelled right up close in my face outside the store, I will lay a charge of ************ against her at my nearest police station in Pretoria.
