Treated as a theft

<p>Every week im buying my cosmetic thing and atoher thing from clicks in Pretoria North Park Mall. If been shopping there for more then 6 years. And never i have been treated like this morning when I wanted to buy my things. All of the sudden im not allowed to put my poundation in my basket, the lady at the cosmetics will take my things to the till and when im done getting my other things i will get it at the till. I ask her sins when is this rule implemented and she says a copple of years ago. So i ask to speak at the manager and he said its for 5years now. I said to him if been shopping here for more then 6years now and never they told that to me or treated me like a theft. And all of the cosmetic things are marked with that silver stip that will peep at the door when when you o out, so how can i steel that. I ask them also where is the sign saying that im not allowed to put my cosmetic things in my basket. And Manager did not even reply to me. Just kept on saying not its a rule and my not allowed to put it in there. Other people was waching because they think i was steeling the cosmetics. And the older lady at the till knows me. She knows im coming everyweek and buy something. But now North park mall will never see me again. They would rather treat their clients likes *****s then to apologies to them. </p>
