Transactionsin progress error

I've been trying to order online since 4am this morning however when I tried to pay it gave me an error msg and to try again later. Whwn i tried again to order,its now giving me an error msg that there's a tranasaction in progress, when check for the transactions its not showing or my order under order history. I called customer care and they advised to try the website but still the same issue and called again and they said its probably the items I had in my card which I disagree. Now I'm stuck can't buy the stuff thays in promotion as its ending today and i cant get help as the sevice email has also a large volume of emails so I'll probably wont be helped today. Im really disappointed as I buy my babies stuff and toiletry every month online without any issues now im going to miss out on the discounts because of some stupid transaction in progress.
