TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BEFORE THEY KILL US

Yesterday (04 february 2015) i was shopping at the Clicks at Boulders in Midrand when the lights suddenly went out. (load shedding i presume). So we had to leave our items and go. Now the were chasing out everyone causing traffic by the door, on top of that there was only 1 security person checking the ladies and one for gentleman. I am a clausterphobic person so dark small spaces I cannot handle. So i asked if they can get someone anyone to check me so I can go, all they said was that I must stand in line. Mind you at that time i couldnt breath properly. I had to shout and cause chaos for someone to attend to me, all they kept saying is that I must stand in line or they will send me at the back to search me. <br> <br> educate your employees to know how to handle people with different medical conditions, and also to not treat everyone like a *****. for them to threaten to search me is uncalled for and ****gish behaivour on their side. I am not happy at all. They are not train to handle such an emergency and if thats how they will react everytime there is a power blackout, there will be accidents.
