Township Employees Running Franchises in Kasi like Back-yard ****a Shops!

It is sickening how these employees run people businesses and franchise as though they are selling fat cookies in their back yards!

I would seriously suggest that you organize undercover visits and experience the rudeness from a cleaner to the manager running your stores and see the unbelievable difference in the level of service (my current issue), organisational s****s, quality of products etc … compared to a franchise ran in a suburban area from a township store.

May 8, 2019, on election day, at about 12h00 we stood at Clicks in Gugulethu mall where there was only ONE person at the tills with 7 tills wide open with no one to help! This queue was getting ridiculously long with old people waiting and the rest just complaining amongst themselves about this. I eventually asked Vuyokazi, who was the only person at the till to call the manager or anyone to assist as she was also unsure of what to do as she could only help one of us at a time. She called, Xoli, the manager who did not show up at all until after about 4 minutes after Vuyokazi's call, one person came to assist at one till, which was clearly not enough because the queue was getting very long! I am not sure if she even came to handle the situation at all or what happened but this type of behaviour is unaccepted and should be dealt with. It is really sad how in township areas we endure such attitudes from these workers who constantly have sickened expressions and hardly greet you. Being greeted by them is the least of my worries they really have to provide a neutral service to everyone and respect us as customers! This old woman in front of me even made a very true statement where she said "Will our communities ever get better or rather become more civil when we get treated like this". That really got to me as I was furious at the situation. I told her that "Mama they never will if all we do is to complain amongst ourselves and never report this", hence my review!

Please! we have lives responsibilities and things to do despite living in townships! The same level of commitment that a manager will show managing a store in Big Bay, we deserve the same. Stop allowing these employees in township areas to do as they please and run stores irresponsibly and in a very offending manner to customers! It is not right! Train them well or something!
