Toweling quality

CLICKS WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL!

I've been married for 6 years and for the past 6 years I've only ever bought my houses towels from Clicks. You guys currently have a promotion on your toweling sets for R199. I purchased 3 sets, a navy blue for my husband, maroon for my bathrooms and pink for myself. After using this **** our body's are filled with fluff, I've washed it more than 5 times and it's lots it's color! It doesn't even look new anymore. It's so unhealthy on some parts of the body to have ***** of fluff in it. When we go to the loo our toilet paper is covered with color. My bedroom and bathrooms needs to be vacuumed after we dry ourselves and I cannot return the this **** to the stores because I've washed them hoping that the fluff will go away. I've NEVER had any problems with my past toweling purchases. I need you to reimburse me or send me 3 toweling sets that will not do this. R600 down the drain is just not okay
