Totally uncaring

What shoddy service!!! I went into Clicks, Lansdowne Corner on SATURDAY -- looking for an ointment for my child's eczema -- the lady told me that she would have to order it -- but it would be there by Monday. Even though she REALLY needed it -- I gave in and agreed to Monday. On Monday (today) I went in at 13h30 to collect and it was not there. At 16h00 I called and it was STILL not there. Now -- at 17h49 -- with only 10min left -- I am still waiting. Really -- they just don't give a damn!!!!
