Totally *********** service

<p>I have been trying to contact Clicks Pharmacy in Waverley today. </p> <p>After nine calls and waiting for over 20 minutes in all for the extension to be answered I have still not spoken to them. That is unacceptable.</p> <p>I finally left my telephone number for them to return my call. That was two hours ago. Still no return call. </p> <p>I'm sure they will apologise and say that they were 'busy' or 'understaffed'. No doubt correct. They are always too busy for the number of customers ... one regualrly stands in a queue for 15 or 20 minutes or more. The bottom line is that they are understaffed and their service levels suffer as a result. </p> <p>Then I went onto their website to let them know about my dissatisfaction. Entered all the details, typed the message. Guess what? It wouldn't accept the mail! </p> <p>So, hellopeter ...! </p>
