Totally Dissatisfied customer of Clicks hayfields Pmb Branch.

I have been to the Clicks Store in Hayfields Mall. I made a purchase of R1498. 99 this purchase went off the 1st time the lady said to me at the till it did not go off and I must try again. I recieved two smses same time to say the money debited out of my account twice. I then requested the store manager Mpume Dlamini to please reverse this and give back my money. She has said no transactions show on there side At all not the 1st one or the 2nd one I was asked to wait for an hour and it is now 3 hours later and I am still at the store waiting for this to be resolved. She has now contacted someone by the Name of Sihle and Corrine who are senior to her and they have been of no assistance. This store requires leaders here who can make decisions. Not keep people at the store who have got no powers to assist there customers. This lady Mpume Has been on a frazzled state since I am here until now. Not knowing who else to contact to resolve this. This to me shows that this store is not prepared well enough to handle situations like this. And she has stated that this type of thing has happened before and they keep asking customers to wait in store and then tell them to come back in 72hours
