Toni&Guy Ceramic

Myself as a ex staff member is very dissapointed in the service I received at clicks kenilworth centre.When I worked at clicks golden acre I purchased a toni & guy ceramic on 19 December 2016 .The cable came lose 1 week ago I decided i'll take it back yesterday as it is causing the ceramic to go on and off ( electrical fault) and it makes our MAIN at home trip . I advised the manager about this she said straight I don't think the lady at radio counter is going to take this back because you don't have the box obviously I wouldn't keep a box for 5 years but I do still have the slip she still refused to take it back , replace my money or even offer to maybe have it repaired so now I am about to lose my money as well as the ceramic .So basically I have to buy a new ones because they refuse to assist me . 5 years guarantee and very unhelpful people the manager stayed away so long as if she was telling the lady at radio counter not to replace it because when the lady came she eventually said the same thing the manager said before going to call her to come assist me .I will never purchase any products from clicks anymore Sorry ! Not even my toiletries anymore
