TONI & GUY HAIR STRAIGHTNER

I purchased a Toni & Guy Straightener in June 2014, on the 4th of December 2015 the Straightener stopped working.Funny thing is I havnt really used the Straightener much, so this was very surprising.I went to the store I purchased the Straightener from and was told by John Mnguni that there is nothing they can do about it.He advised he will speak to his manager PatiencNomvalo who advised there's nothing they can do and they don't have a repair agent in South Africa.This is utter nonsense and I was told I'll just have to buy a new one.The nerve of clicks!So now my money is gone and no product.I want this sorted asap,I am not just going to accept that you people don't care about after service.
