Toni and Guy hair iron no longer switches on

I bought a Toni and Guy classic hair iron at Canal Walk, Century City Clicks in December 2014. I had used the iron yesterday as well as the day before 07 June 2015. I cannot find the slip and I had not used a clicks club card. I recently moved so where am I to start looking for a slip?????
