TOMMEE TIPPEE FEEDING BOTTLES FAILING ME

My sister bought tommee tippee 2pack feeding bottles from Clicks on the 08 feb 2022, she sent me to go return them for her because the bottles are now leaking from the lids as if they arent closed properly and her boy only likes the brand and they are the only feeding bottles he has. When i got to the Clicks branch thats close to me, i was told (not even given a chance) that they cant help me , they dont do returns on feeding bottles, mind you i still have both the stores and the brands guarantee.

I went to find out from another branch , the manager there told me they will gladly return my bottles , there is no such thing Clicks cannot return feeding bottles.

I have called customer care , and spoke to a Nwabisa and she promised that the head office will get in contact with me, its been days now since i have been waiting for the head office to call me. I feel they dont get the sense of emergency, they are relaxed, and im disappointed because this is a huge company , i always buy my cosmetics from them because i love their brands and service but now im so let down.

I am so mad, because my sister and i stay far apart she had to take 3 taxis to come drop off the bottles to me, she will again have to take 3 taxis to come fetch them and this is a huge inconvinience.
