Toiletpaper

I bought 2 ply toilet paper at Clicks only to find this paper is tearing apart all the way. When lodging a complaint the operator told me I can not exhange it, but the package said if you are not happy with this product you can exhange it. On some of them the printed animal is not even printed. After many calls and mails, there is just no feedback.
