My issue with clicks Direct started on the 15th of December 2019 yes I am aware that there were public holidays in between however to date I have received no resolution if you have been following my posts you would see my irritation and frustration with clicks Direct this morning at 8:27 I contacted cakes Direct on the a11 number got through to an agent by the name of shorty I gave surety and abbreviated version of the story that is currently going on from the 16th and asked if she could assist she was very sympathetic and shared a lot of empathy towards the situation the consultant's name was shorty.shorty advise that she would contact compcare and would come back with the resolution as to what can be done I did advise shortly that it is not a matter of obtaining new glucose test strips but it's rather it is a matter of obtaining the freestyle libre as soon as possible as mentioned in my other posts for Accu-Chek sensor test strips have errors and I cannot use it being a brittle diabetic it is crucial to have test strips available at any given time I did explain this to shorty and she was to contact compcare and revert to me it at 10:30 I contacted spoke to an agent by the name of devika who was somewhat cut when I asked to speak to shorty and adviser thought he was busy on a call and she would get shorty to call me back I to date still have not heard anything from shorty or any resolution to this matter we shall continue to post and advise people be aware do not opt for clicks Direct medicine their service is pathetic they have no customers care they do not have an ounce of cut cut yesness and they do not give a rat's ass about customer care and making sure that their customers are seem to with the prompt amount of time so for you guys were looking for a courier company to deliver your medicines I strongly suggest not clicks Direct medicine.
my posts will continue for as long as I do not receive relevant feedback from clicks Direct medicine so keep an eye out I'm sure there's going to be more
