THREATENED BY THE CLICKS MANAGER!!!

I bought stuff at Clicks centurion lifestyle center on the 3rd March 2020 at 18:00 and they were about to close , as they were waiting for customers to go out. I only released that I bought the wrong stuff when I got to my work place , clicks was already closed at the time and the lady who assisted didn't give me a receipt so hence I wanted to return it the same day but couldn't .

I went back to clicks this morning to let them know that I need a refund as I bought the wrong stuff and everything .The manager on duty was so rude told me I cant get a refund because there is no receipt as I explained to her that I was not issued one !even the cashier who assisted me confirmed it ,she(the manager ) went on to say the is nothing she can do to assist me with .I told her I don't the stuff anymore I just want my money back ,so she took the stuff and said "you can do whatever makes you sleep at night but you will never get your money as long as I work here , I am not scared of you and ill make sure you don't get your money "took the stuff and so I left without even taking my stuff worth R250 as I was disappointed and just annoyed of the threats she gave me .

I can never let this go and I am truly hurt as it is excruciating to be working hard for your money and when you go to a store you get threatened and horrifying service. Even now I went back to talk to them but haven't received my stuff nor my money back ,the lady just don't care honestly this is truly unacceptable.
