This system doesn't make sense

I really dont understand the system they have introduced at clicks Chrishani Vosloorus, I have been waiting at the pharmacy for 30 minutes to be assisted. I am not feeling well from a doctor then we must wait for another 30 minutes for medication. This is really disappointing
