I buy all my make-up from Clicks, more specifically the L'Oreal range. I have complained on at least 4 occasions at various branches that the blusher (Le Blush) container breaks at the "hinge section" after about a month's use. No one will take up the complaint, saying they don't know who the rep is etc. I eventually emailed the sales manager at L'Oreal in Johannesburg who after several weeks curtly dismissed my complaint with " no one else has ever complained". The fault means that one has to close it another way (an elastic band wound tightly or similar) otherwise the lid pops off and you have blusher all over everything in your handbag. Annoying!
