This person shouldn't be on the management team

<p>I haven't had time to write this report,however it took place on 6 June 16.I visited the Clicks at Lichtenburg Mall.I was there early and waited.On the door the opening time says 9am.After 9am,I got out of my car.The doors were still closed.They then opened the door & the pharmasist walked in,after which I followed obviously because by this time it was past 9am already.The manager Tshepo stoped me & said only the pharmasist can go in.I rep**** saying but it's past 9am already & the store should be open as per the notice on the window.Tshepo,very rudely & with a straight face looked me in the eyes & said..."but I said the store is still closed mam". Not, sorry for the inconvenience mam,but our staff is not yet ready,can you please wait a little longer & maybe give a time??It's rude,unprofessional & he should loose the attitude that he owns the place or is of higher authority/power.We are paying customers.If not for us,he wouldn't be able to get a salary at the end of the month.I honestly don't think with an attitude like that,that he even deserves a spot on the management team.I walked out & went to the second Clicks in Lichtenburg, at the Dada Centre.Tshepo must maybe go there for some training on how to actually deal with customers.</p>
