They Rob and ***** from customer

I'm unemployed struggling to make ends meet I've save up money to buy make up everything to complete a look so when I get called for an interview I'll look presentable so last week upon my return from Pretoria I went to clicks to make a purchase I bought many items Maybelline fit me foundation and pressed powder , mascara , eye brow pencil brown, primer, concealer, eyeshadow palette, highlighter glow all from essence I paid cash after paying I put the slip inside my plastic then my phone rang I left my plastic on the counter with the cashier I left I must've forgotten after maybe 3 hours I realized I didn't take my plastic I return to the shop only to receive thee worse remarks possible and unhelpfulness I'm a mother of 4 I saved my money for that makeup now it's gone and they won't own up to it. I'm heartbroken
