They don't care :(

I went to collect my online order at Clicks Scottburgh today, after being informed it was ready for collection. Upon arriving I went to the collection counter and tried to get someone to help me, all to no avail. The staff were just walking past ignoring me. One staff member came right up to me and looked something up in the book at the collections counter, all the time while flat out ignoring me! After waiting there for an hour I ended up phoning the head office in a vain attempt to get someone to assist me with my order. Once again, all to no avail! Even though the head office phoned the store and told them to help me I was still left standing, no-one, I mean NO-ONE bothered to help me. Eventually, after an hour, the manager herself ended up helping me collect my order. Not ONE of the staff could be bothered!!!! I have NEVER been treated so badly, ignored and humiliated by the staff of Clicks Scottburgh, disgusting!
