Theft while in the the store - twice!!

Crimminal syndicate operating in the store?! Handbag ****** while in the store - staff not helpful and indicate that the store does not have cameras, and the store security obviously not doing their job. Then on a different occasion recently, my 80 year old mother's cellphone was ****** while in the same store. Same story - staff/security know nothing and the same message that the store does not have cameras
