THEFT/***** - stole my money via online order!!! ZERO FEEDBACK 3 DAYS NOW

Placed an online order through the app for home delivery on Monday. Clicks took my money and when phoning the contact centre the number is incorrect. They stole my money and gave me no purchase order or tracking number. Escalated via a local branch in Walmer and still, no feedback. Theft, *****, whatever it's called. Want to go to the police station or phone my attorney. If I don't get feedback today the necessary steps will be made. This is ******* they are breaking the law.
