The worst customer service! Disgusted

I am highly disappointed at the treatment and pathetic attitude received from an Aretha at the Clicks in Gezina.

I bought a Kambrook Blender at Clicks Woodlands Mall in Pretoria on the 22nd September 2016. See attached receipt (or part of receipt).

The blender stopped working on Saturday. I asked my sister to take to the nearest Clicks, and that is Gezina for her as she lives there.

She gets there with the attached receipt and is told there is nothing Clicks can do because she doesn’t have proof of payment. The attached doesn’t show the item purchased I agree, but it shows this is a Clicks purchase on a specific date. There are a number of requisition numbers on this slip, surely the Clicks system should lead them to what exactly was sold to the customer, if not then there shouldn’t be this receipting process, because its flawed if it cannot trace the purchase.

Because I do not have the item purchased I am told I do not have proof of payment, with such bad attitude even. I am appalled at the handling of this. The slip clearly states : PLEASE KEEP THIS FOR YOUR RECORDS”. What is the point of receiving and keeping this if it does not serve any purpose and cannot help when need be?

The blender has a year warranty, its only been 7 months and its packed up. I want an exchange for this faulty machine or a full refund. My mother is on a peg tube and uses this to blend her food. She hasn’t been able to blend since Saturday because of this inefficiency. My sister took this blender in yesterday and she was told to come back today because customer services is not open on Sundays. What process is that? That cannot help customers because it is a Sunday? Why open shop if you will not service customers?

This better be dealt with today!
