The worst customer service

The worst customer service, I have ever come across. Bought something from Clicks Kroonstad, in Cross Street today. I can say without doubt that I have never been treated with such a level of disrespect, a few months back I went to the pharmacy at the back and the pharmacist was rude, I left and went somewhere else, I though today it was just one person and it is close to my place of business so I gave it another shot. The first cashier who assisted was busy in a conversation with the Manager, and helped me in-between. to make matters worse there was a problem with the credit card machine and someone else had to help me. I greeted, no reply waited, once again I notice that conversations are non stop amongst each other and customers are being helped without much interaction. Just before we were done another customer passed me and was greeted friendly in her own language this have me wondering if it isn't the case that I am of the wrong race and thus being treated like garbage. I have greeted friendly I treated everyone with respect, why am I being treated like that. Should I find out on social media if I am the only one being treated like this and make other people aware that there is a preference at Clicks and we don't make the cut
