the worst counselling at Clicks Clinic Westgate

went for an HIV test with my girlfriend on Wednesday at clicks clinic at Westgate mall in Johannesburg and we were assisted by a lady by the name of Lerato and my girlfriend's results turned out negative and mine turned out positive thus she advised that we do a confirmatory test and she said you are definitely positive. Instead of advising both of us that there is a chance that this might be a false positive although the chances are very slim and to be 100% sure rather do a blood test, l went ahead and did blood test at Lancet labs and the results came out that l am negative. This lady (Lerato) must go for retraining for she is not so good with counselling for was shattered and could not eat for 3 days.
