The Worst Clicks Pharmacy In Town!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday I had the worst experience at Clicks Pharmacy Alex Mall. Wasn’t feeling well and upon arrival the pharmacist assistant named Barence Tjiane called the next client which was me as “next one” 😳 shocked as I was I got up and went through, my my surprise found him not on his counter, he was standing back by the medication and said to me “what can he help me with” at that time I have my prescription with me on hand and my club card digitally on my phone. Fast forward I spent almost an hour because this person didn’t know what he was doing, I got my medication with the incorrect directions compared to what the Dr had instructed on the prescription. I’m very disappointed and don’t wanna mention how frustrated I am as client.
