The worse service I have ever received NEVER BUY AT CLICKS ONLINE OR IN STORE AGAIN

I had decided to order online with Clicks my sons nappies and bought 4 packs cause it was a good deal this was done on the 24 November 2018 and was told it will take 1 to 3 workings days and yet till today I have paid for my nappies and I have no nappies 5 days later noone at the call centre can answer me or even take the time to apologies for the delay in have wasted all my airtime only to speak to rude unhelpful and useless agents I will never ever by anything from Clicks ever again and I will make sure no one in my family ever buys from Clicks cause this is truly pathetic I am so disgusted inot the way they handing this I ask to speak to a manager at the call center and I was on hold for 10min then they just drop the call well Clicks you messed with the wrong person and you will pay for this
