The use of plastic packets
Each individual item from the pharmacy is put in a seperate plastic packet. These are then put into a cage which is cable tied. When I get tp the checkout, the cable tie is cut off and I pay for my medication. I have asked repeatedly for my goods to be put in paper packets as these decompose. Plastic ends up in the ocean. South African recycling companies are selective about the type of plastic they accept and your packets are rejected. Please please change your policy and use paper, different colours if needed, and forget the cage. You don't trust your cutomers to pay!! Then have a till at the pharmacy.Sad. I won't shop at Clicks any more. The Pharmacists blame the system.....YOUR SYSTEM.
