The security guard wouldn't let me in

On Thursday (25/06/2015) I went to Menlyn Mall after work and because of the renovations and upgrades I couldn't find Clicks. Eventually when I found and got to their door at 18:56 the security guard shut the door in my face I asked what time they close he said at 19:00 and I askedasked for a manager to be called and was told the manager was too busy to me. I was so angry because he was simply rude and in the end he just decided to ignore me. :-(
