The second complain in two following months

I'm not a complainer and when I do complain know that I'm 100% unhappy.

I think about a month ago I sent an email complaining about the poor quality of Clicks Sensitive Replacement Heads I baught at Westgate Mall and I'm still waiting for a response from the supplier because I was told my complaint has been forwarded to the supplier.

Today, again at Westgate I baught three Avene products just tried using the other one it's not coming out, I've been pressing it for the past 5 minutes nothing comes out.

So what should I do going forward Clicks, walk past your store, take my money somewhere else?
