The nurse is so abusive!!

The nurse/ sister at Clicks Clinic at Northmead Square is super rude! She yelled at me and my family. I had an appointment and obviously she was expecting us, when I got close to the door which was opened, I politely asked if I could come in..... guess what she said....."can't you see that the door is opened?? Heeeee do what you think you should do!! Have you ever been to the doctor's room?? Don't you know that you should just go in??" I was left shuttered. My kids were now just holding on to me with fear as this nurse verbally abused me.
