The most useless point of sale systems and untrained staff. I have mentioned before about staff not scanning club card points. Today I get over charged on an item that was marked down. I did not get the discounted price. Only noticed when I got home. Somerset Mall this time. Waterstone last time. Just untrained staff too who dont know what is going on...... Time to change to Dischem.
