The most useless online service

I bought the 50% electrical appliances on like on the 24th of July and believe you me I haven't received them to date. When I call ***they promise that someone will call me and that never happens. I need my order not the money back because those are my friends gifts. I really don't understand why clicks can't explain what is wrong or what happened? This is very painful because I'm still waiting for the unknown and no 1 from clicks is saying anything they will keep me holding for 20 minutes with out valid feedback.
