The island

So disappointed in clicks The Island. Every time we go there pricing is wrong and there is an argument at the till. Bought pampers premium nappies and had a huge argument at the till because the special did not scan. Eventually it was then rectified. Went to the store to change the size 3 to a size 4. After how long they only picked up slips were we bought size 4. Which means ‘someone’ scanned it wrong. They then did not want to swop the nappies. Soooo embarrassing just trying to exchnging diapers. ‘Employee of the month’ made me and my husband feel so humiliated in front of all the customers. We then left with our same nappies and an overcharged outfit we bought for the baby. The price on the shelf and what we paid for was a R30 difference and I only realized when we got home. Such a disappointing store and unfriendly, unhelpful staff. I love clicks but this will make me change.
