Booked a clinic appointment on the 24th of December 2020 was given today's date which is the 4th of January 2021 13H30 was amazed when I was chased out at the door and told the clinic is closed and I must make another appointment online, while the store manager omitted that this was poorly handled but his says there is nothing he can do because the pharmacy manager won't see us and we just go back and do the appointment which will push us back to end of the line
